Terms and conditions

This website, adahjewels.in, is run by Adah Jewels, a partnership firm based at SCO 158, Sector 37C, Chandigarh 160036 ("Adah", "we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order you agree to these terms, along with our Shipping, Cancellation and Refund, Pricing and Privacy policies.

Our pieces

• Every piece we sell is 925 sterling silver and carries a 925 stamp.
• Some pieces are finished in rose gold, gold or two-tone polish over silver. Polish is a surface finish and wears gradually with use.
• We photograph our pieces carefully, but colour, lustre and size can look slightly different on different screens. Weights and sizes are approximate.
• Many of our designs are sourced in small numbers. Stock shown on the site is live, but a piece can occasionally sell out between checkout and confirmation. If that happens, we refund you in full.

Orders

• An order is confirmed once payment is received, or for pickup and WhatsApp orders, once we confirm it with you.
• We may decline or cancel an order if a piece is unavailable, the price was listed in error, or the order appears fraudulent. Any payment taken is refunded in full.
• Please give a correct name, WhatsApp number and delivery address. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect details.

Payments

Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details. Pickup orders can be paid in cash at the store.

Returns and our purity guarantee

All sales are final, with one exception: a ring that does not fit can be exchanged for another size within 7 days of delivery or pickup, in our Chandigarh store only. Pieces that arrive damaged, defective or wrong are replaced or refunded, and every piece carries our lifetime 925 purity guarantee. All of this is set out in our Cancellation and refund policy.

Caring for silver

Sterling silver darkens naturally with air and moisture. This is not a defect and it cleans off. Store pieces in the pouch they came in, keep them away from perfume, lotion and water, and wipe with a soft cloth after wearing.

Use of this site

All photographs, designs, text and the Adah name and mark on this site belong to Adah Jewels. Please do not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Indian consumer protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the courts at Chandigarh.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
