Where we deliver

We deliver across India. We do not ship outside India at the moment. If you are abroad and would like a piece, message us on WhatsApp and we will see what we can do.

How long it takes

• Every order is checked, cleaned and packed by hand, and dispatched within 2 to 3 working days of being confirmed.
• Once dispatched, most orders arrive in 3 to 7 working days depending on your city. Remote pincodes can take longer.
• We send the courier and tracking details on WhatsApp as soon as your parcel leaves us.

What it costs

Delivery is free on orders of ₹5,000 and above. Below that, a flat delivery fee of ₹150 is added at checkout.

Packaging

Every piece travels in Adah packaging inside a tamper-evident outer parcel. Please do not accept a parcel whose outer seal is broken or tampered with; refuse it and tell us on WhatsApp straight away.

If something arrives damaged or wrong

Tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and an unboxing video if you have one. We will replace the piece or refund it in full, including delivery.

Collect from the store

You can choose pickup at checkout and collect from SCO 158, Sector 37C, Chandigarh 160036. Pickup orders are usually ready in 2 to 3 working days. We will message you on WhatsApp when yours is ready. Please bring your order number. You can pay in cash when you collect.

Failed delivery

If a parcel comes back to us because the address was incomplete or nobody was available after the courier's attempts, we will contact you to re-send it. The second delivery may be charged at the standard delivery fee.
